Your area of activity

• You ensure the stable, secure and user-oriented operation of Odoo as a central business application in the catering and goods management environment
• You take over application support for Odoo, analyze disruptions, coordinate escalations and provide structured handling of recurring problems
• You work closely with product owners, departments, IT, security and external partners and ensure clear communication between operations and business
• You take bugs, requirements and suggestions for improvement in a structured manner, support their evaluation and accompany the implementation from an operational point of view
• You coordinate updates, releases and maintenance windows and ensure testing, documentation and a controlled transfer to the company
• You support data quality assurance, especially for master data, roles, permissions, workflows and cross-system data flows
• You are responsible for the operational maintenance of roles, permissions and accesses within the defined security and compliance requirements
• You create and maintain documentation, instructions and training materials and support users through targeted knowledge transfer
• You support with license, contract and lifecycle management and provide the basis for a transparent management of costs and operating expenses.

• Completed vocational training, higher technical school or studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration with IT or comparable qualification
• Alternatively, several years of practical experience in application management, ERP environment, business application support or IT support
• Further education in the field of application management, ITIL, ERP, process management or project management is advantageous
• Experience in the operation and support of business applications, ideally in the ERP or goods management environment
• Experience in cooperation with departments, IT, external service providers and software partners
• Experience with testing, release management, documentation and incident management
• Experience with role/authorisation concepts, master data, interfaces and data quality
• Advantage: Experience in gastro and/or goods management
• Experience with Odoo or comparable ERP systems or the willingness to quickly and deeply familiarize yourself with Odoo
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, French is advantageous
