Full description

For 2 full-time years, you complete quality post-graduate training leading to an FPH certificate in clinical pharmacy. The aim of this training is to expand the knowledge and skills of the pharmacist to enable him/her to develop independent clinical activity in the hospital, to integrate into the interprofessional team around the patient and to promote the continuity of medication treatment with the community. It includes theoretical training, practical training (medical examination medication reviews, response to questions and writing of documents at the pharmaceutical information centre), personal training (literature study) and written work (clinical case presentation). Clinical learning is given priority in internal medicine (cardiology, endocrinology, pneumology, nephrology, angiology, infectious diseases, gastroenterology) with a few months in geriatrics. Rotations in other fields are also possible at the end of training, depending on the availability of supervision (oncology, surgery, paediatrics, intensive care, etc.).

• The remuneration is based on that of other post-graduate courses at the HUG Pharmacy and corresponds to an activity of 50%.
• You have good teamwork skills and a good relationship with medical and nursing staff. You have the ability and the will to acquire new knowledge. You are an autonomous, flexible and committed person.
• You are comfortable with computer tools and have a perfect command of oral and editorial French.
