Full description

• Participate in needs analysis and definition of technical and functional solutions.
• Achieve and maintain SQL developments.
• Support and monitor application issues.
• Participate in testing phases, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Collaborate with trade and technical teams to identify and resolve the problems encountered.
• Contribute to the monitoring and implementation of IT projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement of existing applications and processes.
• Ensure good communication between the various stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project-oriented computing environments.
• Solid SQL mastery and significant development experience.
• Experience in application support and analysis of technical issues.
• Good experience of UAT testing and validation of solutions with users.
• Ability to understand both technical and functional issues.
• An experience in an HRIS environment is an asset.
• An experience or interest in artificial intelligence solutions would be a real plus.
• Excellent relationship and ease in exchanges with various interlocutors.
