AI Platform Engineer — Plugins & Marketplace — Talan

As part of the massive deployment of the general AI within complex business environments, we structure the internal marketplace of plugins based on the Claude / Anthropic ecosystem. This platform is intended to be made available to all employees at the level of a large organization. To support this ambition, we are looking for an AI Platform Engineer. Your role will be to design, adapt and industrialize robust transverse plugins, while accompanying the operational and technical deployment of this marketplace to the business teams. Your main missions

1. Development of transverse plugins & skills

• Design and develop the strategic plugins of the marketplace:
• Enterprise Search: an internal search engine that searches the organization's data and documents directly via Claude.
• Data Plugin: Generation of interactive analysis and dashboards connected to the company's analytical data platforms and Data Lakes.
• Evolutionary roadmap of new plugins according to the business needs identified.
• Building on the Anthropic ecosystem (Claude, Claude Agent SDK, Model Context Protocol / MCP, third-party plugins "3P") and adapting existing bricks to the constraints of architecture and security of the company.

1. Microsoft Office ecosystem integration

• Deploy Office add-ins (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) connected to Internal Marketplace in Proof of Concept (PoC)
• Work closely with the Packaging team to ensure large scale industrialization and deployment.

1. FinOps & consumption control

• Design token consumption monitoring dashboards for managers and sponsors.
• Migrate FinOps tracking to the new billing/costs per user model.
• Set up an automatic alert system in case of quota overruns.

1. Evolution of access & IAM

• Define and implement V2 of the Internal Marketplace access stream in coordination with IAM, Supply and Packaging teams.
• Allow managers to customize the environment of their teams (assigning token quotas, selecting accessible models, etc.).
• Training & Experience: Bac+5 (Master or Engineering School) specialized in AI / Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Professional experience: 3 to 7 years
• Anthropic experience: Practical and operational mastery of Anthropic tools: Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, as well as the development and adaptation of MCP servers/plugins.
• Key Technical Skills:
• Good knowledge in integration of Modern Data Stack / Data Lakehouse environments (welcome, very useful for the Data plugin).
• Successful experience in deploying Microsoft Office add-ins in the business environment.
• Product Vision & Transversality: Ability to interact with various stakeholders (Security Teams, IAM, Packaging, Business Managers) and translate a business need into deliverable functionality.
• Languages: Current English & French.
