As an administrative or administrative clerk within the innovation platform, you play a key role in the deployment and adoption of the Digital Platforms Concerto and Mon Espace PRO to professionals and professionals of the care network Genevois, collaborators and collaborators of the HUGs as well as patients.
As such, you ensure the reception, the information and the support of users in the creation and activation of their account and in the use of the digital services associated with them.

As an administrative or administrative clerk within the innovation platform, you play a key role in the deployment and adoption of the Digital Platforms Concerto and Mon Espace PRO to professionals and professionals of the care network Genevois, collaborators and collaborators of the HUGs as well as patients. As such, you ensure the reception, the information and the support of users in the creation and activation of their account and in the use of the digital services associated with them.
You are present and remote to provide a high-quality support and a smooth user experience. You participate in the permanent registrations organised within the HUGs and at external events. You are also required to travel within the partner institutions of the genevois care network (EMS, clinics, medical offices, home care services, etc.) in order to promote My Espace PRO and to assist professionals and professionals in their recruitment and recruitment.
