Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities include: maintenance of general accounts;
- preparation and participation in periodic and annual loops;
- control, imputation and monitoring of supplier accounts; preparation and monitoring of payments; management of accounts receivable;
- Invoicing of residents and monitoring receipts;
- monitoring of open debtors, reminders and regularizations;
- reconciliation of accounts and accounting controls;
- collaboration with the Directorate, the various departments of the institution and with external partners and the review body.
Key requirements
- Business training with specialization in accounting or training deemed equivalent;
- proven experience in indispensable accounting , allowing for the autonomous management of the tasks entrusted ;
- Mastery of general accounting and experience of loop operations;
- good control of the management of suppliers and debtors;
- excellent mastery of common IT tools, including Excel;
- experience in an EMS, health institution or medical-social structure as a real asset;
- knowledge of the Geneva accounting and administrative environment appreciated.
