• You receive and check the arrivals to ensure the quality and freshness of the products.
• You ensure that the products are beamed and rotated for optimal presentation.
• You analyze the performance of the rays and propose strategies for improvement.

Required

• 3 years minimum experience: in the retail sector
• Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Retail trade or equivalent title.

• Excellent mastery and interpretation of the numbers to improve the performance of the rays.
• Expertise of the field, strong proposal and excellent customer orientation.
• French (Good Mastery)

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of files: We constantly review the applications received, pre-screen and forward them to the manager. The decision to pursue or eliminate the recruitment process is communicated by telephone or e-mail. Return time: up to 3 weeks
• Personality/performance test: Under certain conditions, we conduct an additional step, the personality test (BIP, scale test or similar) to support the selection. The results of this test are discussed personally and form the basis for further selection. Return time: up to 1 week
• Individual video or telephone interview (FFB-Group): When the number of candidates is large, we may arrange an individual telephone or video interview.
• Interview with HR and the department: The interview is conducted in distanciel or face-to-face with the HR person responsible and/or the specialized department. It serves primarily to learn more about personal and professional skills and allows both parties to assess cultural compatibility with the company and the team. Return time: up to 3 weeks
• Offer and establishment of contract (digital): The main points of the contract are checked again after our verbal job offer. The establishment of the contract is then initiated by mutual agreement before being sent by e-mail for digital signature. Return time: up to 1 week
