Full description

• Support beneficiaries in the implementation of carpentry projects of varying complexity (Examples: manufacture and installation of kitchens and tables for schools; manufacture of handicrafts; development of new projects, from design to manufacture), and guarantee the quality of the work delivered to customers.
• Take responsibility for the socio-professional follow-up of beneficiaries: setting socio-professional objectives, assessing the development of skills, developing the appropriate teaching tools...
• Contribute to customer search actions and manage client mandate support
• Participate in organizational improvements of the workshop in a multidisciplinary team.
• Completing the administrative tasks inherent in the position: tracking of turnover targets, creation of price offers, supplier orders, etc.
• A carpenter CFC, and a professional experience of at least 10 years in the field
• A proven experience in site management
• Ideally an experience in accompaniment or training of persons with disabilities or difficulties in social integration.
• Ideally a training of socio-professional master or deemed equivalent
• A developed relational sense, a pronounced taste for teamwork, and ease in communication
• Good editorial capacity.
• Mastery of common office automation tools.
• The sense of organization, rigour, sense of responsibility and an open mind.
• Mastery of the French language.
