Full description

• Ensure the proper functioning and various activities of a cafeteria or restaurant.
• Serving meals by ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage the caisse, make sales, receipts, openings and closures (TCPOS) by applying the procedures in place.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and premises.
• Provide guidance and training for people with disabilities and integration.
• Have positive contacts with users and collaborators in response to the PPE mission.
• Forecast orders based on forecast sales flows.
• Perform the administrative and information technology tasks inherent in the position.
• An CFC specialized in restoration or equivalent.
• A community experience or restoration of at least 10 years.
• An experience as a Masteress of the hotel or Director of the room.
• Master table service, a knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Continuous hours from Monday to Friday except in case of demonstrations at the request of the hierarchy.
• An experience in coaching people with disabilities would be an asset.
• Have a developed relational sense, ease in communication, a pronounced taste for teamwork and contact with clients.
• Demonstrate organization, versatility, reliability, rigour, initiative, sense of responsibility and openness.
• Mastering common office IT tools (Word, Excel)
• Perfect oral and written mastery of French.
• A driving licence (VL).
• The catering service has 7 places of work in the canton and a catering service.
