• Reception, advice and sales to customers according to the requirements of our brand
• Responsibility for achieving the turnover set by an active approach
• Processing orders and customer inquiries by ensuring a high quality service
• Product presentation to inspire customers
• Checkout on our computerized cash register systems and other digital devices

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• You have at least 3 years' sales experience in luxury or premium retail
• You are truly passionate about sales in the field of Beauty
• Serving, advising and retaining our customers is a constant source of motivation for you
• Excellent presentation, courteous and considerate, the codes of luxury hold no secrets for you
• As a good team player, you invest in the group to achieve a common goal
• You are always smiling and have very good interpersonal skills and know-how
• Your increased sense of service, detail and active listening allows you to provide a top-of-the-range service to the customers of our brand and our brands in all circumstances
• You are a native French speaker with a C1 level in English, any other language is a serious asset
