Your playground: The Federal Workshop is responsible for repairing and repairing Decathlon customers' products for all Decathlon subsidiaries in Switzerland (e-commerce site, warehouse and 40th store). Created in 2022, the Federal Workshop consists of a team of 20 people working daily to develop the country's circular hub strategy. We are looking for a 40% specialist in sewing repairs. Your Missions:

• Make sewing repairs on our textile products from our sports customers (clothes, accessories, etc.): hole recovery, zip replacement, adjustments, etc.
• Support embroidery repairs: stitch recovery, imperfection correction, pattern restoration; and support orders related to embroidery.
• Be in reinforcement of flocking controls if necessary.
• Ensure careful and accurate work, guaranteeing the satisfaction of our clients.
• Manage priorities and meet repair times.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized. Profile Your Profile:
• You are recognized for your manual skill and thoroughness.
• You have a confirmed experience in sewing and ideally embroidery.
• You are autonomous and able to work on a variety of tasks.
• Your sense of detail is blameless.

• You speak fluently French and ideally English (German is a plus!) What we offer for your CDD: Even for a fixed period, you enjoy the benefits of the Decathlon family. (Small accuracy: the amounts below are valid for 100% and will logically be proratized according to your activity rate!).
• Salary and bonuses: You are offered a fixed salary of between CHF 4!600 and CHF 4!750 per month depending on your years of sewing experience. To this is added a monthly bonus (up to 10% of your gross salary) directly linked to the store's collective perfs from the 4th month of contract.
