Mansioni

• You welcome, you listen and you advise customers.
• You ensure cash transactions and respond effectively to customer requests (returns, refunds, claims).
• You perform the tasks of managing a caisse and the Subito zone. You advise them to help them find the perfect floral compositions for every occasion.
• You direct customers and manage flows on the sourfields.
• You contribute to the good organization of the caisse area, the Subito area and you remain available for the other teams of the store.
• You check and control in the Subito area.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience: in the retail sector
• Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Retail Manager
• Rigor, organization and autonomy
• Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
• Versatile, dynamic and always with a smile
• French (Good Mastery)

Recruitment process
