• You welcome, you listen and you advise customers.
• You ensure cash transactions and respond effectively to customer requests (returns, refunds, claims).
• You perform the tasks of managing a cashier, customer service and flower department.
• You contribute to the good organization of the caisse area, the souk area and you coordinate the breaks of the caisse team.
• You work with the team to ensure seamless and transparent communication, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• You apply the internal cash management procedures professionally and rigorously.

Required

• Previous experience: in the field of retailing with customer contact
• Smile, versatility, patience and rigour
• Excellent communication skills and natural ease in customer contacts
• Orientation solutions, great ability to keep calm, comfortable in a dynamic environment, stress resistance
• No initial/continuous training required
• French (Good Mastery)
