• You welcome, you listen and you advise customers.
• You ensure cash transactions and respond effectively to customer requests (returns, refunds, claims).
• You perform the tasks of managing a cashier, customer service and flower department. You advise them to help them find the perfect floral compositions for every occasion.
• You answer phone calls and you ensure the transmission of communications and information.
• You contribute to the proper organization of the caisse area, the souk area and you coordinate the breaks of the caisse team.
• You work with the team to ensure seamless and transparent communication, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Required

• 2-5 years of experience: in the retail sector with customer contact
• Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Retail Manager
• Smile, versatility, patience and rigour
• Excellent communication skills and natural ease in customer contacts
• Orientation solutions, great ability to keep calm, comfortable in a dynamic environment, stress resistance
• French (Good Mastery)

Recruitment process
