• You welcome customers with a smile, advice on products, share your preparation tips and accompany them to find the best solution according to their desires.
• You prepare the meats, fish and specialty of the department. You make cuts, marinades, skewers and preparations that make you want from the first glance.
• You manage supplier orders, control deliveries and adjust quantities. You always keep an eye on the stock to avoid breaks and losses.
• You showcase the products at the counter and self-service. You're looking out for a neat presentation, full rays, and perfect freshness throughout the day.
• You strictly apply the HACCP rules. You control temperatures, follow traceability procedures and guarantee food safety at every stage.
• You're involved in managing the area's bank and demonstrating versatility. You easily move from the counter to the self-service as well as between the butcher shop and the fish shop according to the needs of the store.

Required

• 1-3 years of experience: in the field of slaughter or fish - ideally in the retail trade.
• Completed professional learning (CFC): butcher or fisherman.
• You master the techniques of preparing, cutting and presenting products. You work with precision and always strive to offer the best quality to clients.
• You know how to organize, manage priorities and anticipate the needs of the department. Even when the activity accelerates, you stay on course and ensure reliable and careful work.
• You like human contact, easily create trust and appreciate teamwork. You take initiatives and adapt naturally to the different situations of everyday life.

Recruitment process
