• You welcome, listen and advise customers.
• You ensure cash transactions and respond to customer requests efficiently.
• You perform the tasks related to managing a cashier and follow internal procedures.
• You ensure the fluidity of the Subito zone and assist customers in case of need
• You conduct checks in subitio zone
• You collaborate with the team to ensure transparent and fluid communication, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience.

Requisiti

• 1-3 years of experience: in the field of retail with customer contact
• Completed professional learning (CFC): Retail Manager
• Sourure, versatility, patience and rigour
• Excellent communication skills and natural ease in customer contacts
• Solutions orientation, great ability to keep calm, comfortable in a dynamic environment, stress resistance
• French (Good control)
