As a working student, you will support our HR team in day-to-day operations and gain exciting insights into a wide range of HR topics. Tasks:

• Support for administrative HR processes from entry to exit
• Creation of employment certificates, confirmations and other HR documents
• Assistance in the maintenance and management of personal data
• Support in applicant management and recruitment
• Support for the organisation of training and onboarding measures
• Participation in HR projects and support for process optimization
• Preparation of evaluations, presentations and statistics Qualification:
• Ongoing studies with specialisation in human resources, psychology or comparable fields of study
• Interest in human resources and administrative processes
• Independent, structured and careful working methods
• High discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
