Introduction

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are a pool of talents to accompany the deployment of our new industrial site in Bulle. To this end, we will soon be looking for (M/F) Maintenance Technician profiles to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities

• Corrective maintenance of production equipment, automatic inventory, autonomous mobile robots and self-guided vehicles
• Apply diagnostic methodologies, identify the root causes of malfunctions and return equipment to service within the expected timeframe
• Conduct preventive maintenance operations and help improve maintenance plans
• Prepare interventions according to operational constraints, analyse equipment history and follow safety and environmental instructions
• Propose and implement reliability actions, technical modifications and equipment improvements
• Coordinate and support internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and validating their interventions
• Share technical knowledge with teams and collaborate with internal partners in cross-cutting projects and work

Profile

• Technical training in mechanics, automation, electrical engineering or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance of automated industrial equipment, ideally in a demanding production environment
• Confirmed technical versatility in mechanics, electricity, pneumatic and hydraulics
• Knowledge of automation, digital controls, robotics and industrial computing
• Mastery of common IT tools and integrated management system
• Knowledge of English and/or intermediate German (B1), an asset
• Communication, team spirit, rigor, autonomy and technical curiosity
• Availability for flexible schedules, intersite travel and periodic service as required
