- Handle vendor relationships for recruitment events, including merchandising, giveaways, and storage logistics.
Main responsibilities
- Support the management of university recruitment teams, working closely with EiC partners and specialists.
- Handle vendor relationships for recruitment events, including merchandising, giveaways, and storage logistics.
- Coordinate meetings with vendors to clarify event requirements based on predefined specifications.
- Provide administrative support to EiC partners and specialists.
- Assist in implementing EiC activities aligned with Roche’s global frameworks and strategies.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to maintain and update job boards, social media channels, and registration platforms.
- Manage intake portal requests for EiC specialists in the relevant region.
- Gain a basic understanding of Roche’s clients and business areas to tailor EiC activities effectively.
- Support initiatives to attract young talent in partnership with the Talent Marketing team.
- Help prepare university recruitment teams for events and provide on-site or remote support.
