- You are leading innovative continuous improvement projects and initiatives aimed at stabilizing and optimizing our processes: Piloting independently improvement projects in order to improve the performance and quality of the processes Develop continuous improvement culture with employees through support to change management Deploy a new visual control strategy for production lines You are implementing new technologies to support our transition to an industry 4.0: Supporting the digitization of the site's activities: Dashboarding creation, monitoring KPI production, etc.
Main responsibilities
- You are leading innovative continuous improvement projects and initiatives aimed at stabilizing and optimizing our processes: Piloting independently improvement projects in order to improve the performance and quality of the processes Develop continuous improvement culture with employees through support to change management Deploy a new visual control strategy for production lines You are implementing new technologies to support our transition to an industry 4.0: Supporting the digitization of the site's activities: Dashboarding creation, monitoring KPI production, etc.
