Afin de compléter et renforcer le département de Diagnostic et Traitements (diététique-nutrition / ergothérapie / physiothérapie / radiologie), la direction des soins de l'HFR , recherche un/une: Thérapeute clinicien-ne spécialisé-e 50-100% Votre mission :

• Agir comme référent clinique et organisationnel transversal du département Diagnostic et Traitements
• Soutenir les cadres et managers dans l'analyse de situations cliniques ou organisationnelles complexes. Favoriser la coordination inter-sites et inter-services du département
• Contribuer à l'harmonisation des pratiques professionnelles et des processus de travail
• Participer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité et de la sécurité des prestations
• Accompagner le développement des pratiques professionnelles fondées sur les données probantes
• Contribuer à l'analyse, la préparation et la mise en oeuvre des projets du département
• Soutenir les cadres dans le déploiement organisationnel des orientations départementales
• Participer à la conception et à l'évolution des processus et instructions de travail
• Favoriser la collaboration interprofessionnelle et la dynamique de développement des équipes Votre profil :
• Bachelor of Science HES-SO en santé (Technique en radiologie médicale / Physiothérapie / Ergothérapie / Diététique et nutrition) ou titre jugé équivalent et reconnu par la Croix-Rouge Suisse
• Expérience confirmée au sein d'un service spécialisé que comprend le Département (minimum 5 ans)
• Master of Science en Sciences de la santé HES-SO (MScSa)
• Compétences avérées en expertise clinique avancée, gestion de projets et leadership clinique
• Compétences en analyse clinique, coordination et amélioration des pratiques.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des méthodologies liées à l'EBP
• Intérêt pour le travail en équipe interdisciplinaire et faire preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur et avoir le sens des responsabilités
• Intérêt et compétences pour la gestion de projets et le développement des pratiques professionnelles
• Sens des responsabilités, autonomie et esprit de collaboration.

• To act as a clinical and organizational point of contact for the entire field of diagnosis and treatment.
• Supporting executives and managers in the analysis of complex clinical or organizational situations. Promotion of cross-site and cross-departmental coordination within the department.
• Contribute to the harmonization of professional practices and work processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and safety of services.
• Accompany the development of evidence-based professional practices.
• Contributing to the analysis, preparation and implementation of the department's projects.
• Support of managers in the organizational implementation of the departmental guidelines.
• Participate in the design and further development of processes and work instructions.
• Promote interprofessional collaboration and the development dynamics of the teams. Your profile:
• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Health Care (Medical-Technical Radiology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Nutritional Counselling) or a degree recognised as equivalent by the Swiss Red Cross
• Demonstrable experience in a specialist department of the department (at least 5 years)
• Master of Science in Health Sciences HES-SO (MScSa)
• Proven competencies in advanced clinical expertise, project management and clinical leadership
• Competencies in the areas of clinical analysis, coordination and improvement of practice
• Mastery of common IT tools and methods of evidence-based practice (EBP)
• Interest in working in interdisciplinary teams as well as independence, diligence and a sense of responsibility
• Interest and skills in project management and in the further development of professional practices
• Sense of responsibility, independence and team spirit.
