- Experience with software development lifecycles and related tools such as bug trackers, software repositories, and code testing frameworks. Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in evaluating the security posture of AI/ML systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and threat modeling for AI applications.
- Experience building dashboards and utilizing data-driven insights to measure security efficacy.
- Ability to understand engineering fundamentals and system architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills including experience communicating with executive stakeholders at director or VP level. About the job A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.

Company and context
- Experience in driving organizational change, including the development of new frameworks, processes, and standards for security engineering.
- Negotiate and align priorities with executive stakeholders across engineering, product, and research, resolving conflicting goals and driving organizational consensus.
- Partner with technical leads to translate high-level security objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and project plans.
- Regularly communicate program status, risks, and impact to stakeholders and leadership, fostering transparency and trust.
- Monitor program health using data-driven metrics, proactively identifying roadblocks, and driving resolution to ensure adherence to milestones and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Identify opportunities to streamline engineering workflows, automate manual tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
