Missions

• You implement the department's strategy in line with the company's objectives
• You set work standards and set priorities for service activities
• You define, maintain and apply project management methodology and continuous improvement
• You manage the department's portfolio of projects by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and within the expected level of quality.
• You promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• You define and maintain packaging standards for internal and external flows.
• You ensure the availability of the packaging necessary for the operations
• You are leading actions to reduce costs and environmental impact of packaging
• You develop the versatility and competence of teams
• You define individual and collective goals
• You perform performance and development interviews
• You foster a collaborative and results-oriented working climate
• You create work instructions according to ISO 9000
• You coordinate the training of employees and apprentice logistics professionals Profile
• You benefit from a solid experience in team management in the field of logistics
• You have basic training in logistics (CFC), ideally complemented by advanced training of the type Patent, Bachelor or Master
• You have professional experience in project management and knowledge of packaging
• You have excellent knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, as well as ERP
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German or English
