Your missions

• As Teamleader, you are responsible for putting into practice and respecting the rules of safety at work, protection of health and the environment for the employees of your team,
• You manage production in accordance with the objectives of safety, quality, volume as well as costs,
• You lead and monitor the Shopfloors in detail and according to the standards of the
• You develop the versatility of your team,
• You develop and monitor production planning in consultation with the planning department,
• You coordinate the management of scrap and non-compliant parts,
• You develop continuous improvement in terms of quality and productivity,
• You participate in quality meetings for the implementation of corrective actions,
• You monitor first-level maintenance for your sector,
• You implement LEAN continuous improvement activities and tools. Your profile
• You hold a CFC as a polymechanic, production mechanic or equivalent training, ideally supplemented by training in team management,
• You have more than 5 years of experience in industry and/or team management,
• You speak French fluently and have knowledge of English,
• You have good knowledge of the MS Office suite, Sharepoint as well as an ERP, a production management system,
• You are an autonomous, flexible person with good communication skills. You stand out for your leadership and your ability to take initiatives.
