To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated team management daily structure that manages the area professionally and in terms of personnel – with a focus on professional integration.

- Leadership and coaching : You lead and promote a team of work teachers in the daily work with the client.
Main responsibilities

- Leadership and coaching : You lead and promote a team of work teachers in the daily work with the client.
Application process
- Job coaching: They determine the job-relevant skills of the young people, accompany them in the job-making process (applications, trial apprenticeships, apprenticeship search) and network with IV positions, teaching companies and the job market.
- Agogic design: They further develop the daily structure modules (media workshop, laboratory, production) – with the aim of preparing young people for work requirements that correspond to the competence level of the clients.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely with social pedagogy, psychotherapy and psychiatry.
- Development goals and funding measures are agreed between the areas.
