- Manage and lead a team of 35 people in poultry production in the CDP team (chicken cutting calibration).
- Ensure safety and quality standards.
- Comfort with computer systems (MS Office) and good knowledge of SAP. French (Very good knowledge) Cosa offriamo

Main responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 35 people in poultry production in the CDP team (chicken cutting calibration).
- Ensure safety and quality standards.
- Monitoring the management of performance data and productivity.
- Coordination with general planning, other departments and supports.
- Participation in continuous improvement (Lean).
- Working hours: 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
- Monday to Friday, as well as approximately 10 Saturdays a year with flexibility. Required
- 1-2 years: Experience in a similar position.
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): in the food sector or training deemed equivalent.
- CFC OMA an asset.
