Team Leader Fribourg Assembly (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your new mission

• Lead a team of assemblers and provide specialized technical support;
• Ensure a high quality installation within the deadlines, including compliance with all safety and cost aspects;
• Coordination of deadlines and planning of the implementation of all orders, including the allocation of assembly orders to assembly staff;
• Participation in construction meetings.
• Performing preparatory work and assembly itself, from the allocation of the order to the delivery to the customer.

Your ideal qualities

• Basic technical training, continuing commercial training would be desirable.
• A multi-year assembly experience in the elevator sector and a leadership experience are assets.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP.
• Good stress resistance.
• Good knowledge of the local language, other languages are an asset.
• Driver's licence B compulsory and often ready to move.
