Key requirements
- You ensure professional communication with clients regarding current quality issues
- You have a degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering and further training in business management.
- You have several years of professional experience, as well as extensive product knowledge and affinity for diagnosis
- You have experience in a company evolving in an international environment and in matrix organization
- You have excellent knowledge in German as well as excellent skills in English and/or French
- You have strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and inspire your team.

- You continuously monitor process indicators and resources, and take action, if necessary, to achieve the objectives

- You implement recall and modification actions at customers, monitor them and validate supplier claims before they are forwarded to the department concerned
- You develop cost planning as a basis for decision for risk analyses and preventive actions
