Role overview

- You enter and operate the SaaS system Qualtrics and support users throughout the survey process
- You implement new survey projects, build structures and connect the required interfaces – together with internal developers where necessary
- Several years of experience with Qualtrics or comparable survey platforms
- Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF) in computer science or equivalent
Main responsibilities
- You enter and operate the SaaS system Qualtrics and support users throughout the survey process
- You implement new survey projects, build structures and connect the required interfaces – together with internal developers where necessary
- You are responsible for the Incident Management throughout the entire process chain: Cash system → 360° customer review → Throttling Service → Qualtrics Working Conditions of Use
Key requirements
- Several years of experience with Qualtrics or comparable survey platforms
- Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF) in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in the operation and management of SaaS applications, ideally Qualtrics
- Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, and event-based processes
- Enjoyment of support, stakeholder management, and guiding users
- Structured, solution-oriented working style German (negotiation level) English (very good knowledge)
