- Co-responsibility for the implementation of the performance targets at the station with 24 beds
- Active co-design of the care quality and sustainable implementation and development of LeanHospital
- Member of the station management board in the sense of shared governance
- Cooperation in direct care in a dedicated and motivated team
- Leading a zone with the assigned patient group and thereby focusing on the implementation of the holistic and Focusing on patient-centered care Requirements:
