- You will be the technical reference in the assembly workshop, on the various professions present, which you master thanks to your academic background and professional experience confirmed You will coordinate the provision and maintenance of watchmaking tools in the 2 assembly workshops You will be required to participate in the production activities (emboiting and decotting) You provide support to the Sector Manager by accompanying the team in achieving results with a positive attitude that promotes a good working climate.
Main responsibilities
- You will be the technical reference in the assembly workshop, on the various professions present, which you master thanks to your academic background and professional experience confirmed You will coordinate the provision and maintenance of watchmaking tools in the 2 assembly workshops You will be required to participate in the production activities (emboiting and decotting) You provide support to the Sector Manager by accompanying the team in achieving results with a positive attitude that promotes a good working climate.

- You will be able to propose yourself in the dynamic of continuous improvement of the workshop, from a technical and organizational point of view.
- WHAT WE RECOGNIZE You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the assembly trades and have a CFC degree in watchmaking.
- Personal You are known for your relationship ease, listening and communication skills Your ability to federate allows you to accompany a team of about 25 people in support of the manager Key skills Dynamic, proactive and oriented solutions and results, your good priority management allows you to resist stress You are recognized as an open minded, self-reliant, versatile and capable of questioning yourself At ease with IT tools, you easily use the company's digital tools (Pack Office, Teams, Shizen).
