- Manage claims, analyze anomalies and propose appropriate solutions
- Establish regular reporting and monitor performance indicators
- Coordinate activities with the various internal teams to ensure optimal operation
- Ensure compliance with existing procedures and participate actively in continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure timely replacement of the team leader in his absence. Required
- 3-5 years: Experience in logistics, processes and/or inventory control in the agri-food sector
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC): CFC (e.g. butcher-carcuter, baker-container, food technologist, logistician) or equivalent training
