Main responsibilities
- You accompany children and young people between the ages of 7 and 16 through challenging phases of life and create a reliable, supportive everyday life with them.
- You empower children, young people and their families to use their own resources, develop new perspectives and achieve their goals.
- Together with those involved, you design individual support processes based on cooperative process design.
- You work closely with families, schools and specialists, document social-educational work and write reports and protocols. Requirements:
- Professional experience in the inpatient area with children and young people
- High resilience and confident handling of demanding situations
- Flexibility for irregular work assignments (night and weekend assignments)
