Social Assistant, RFSM Villars-sur-Glâne - Fribourg mental health network, Villars-sur-Glâne (FR). The RFSM is the mental health centre of the canton of Fribourg: adult psychiatry, children/adolescents, elderly people, addictions. Who are we? The Friburg Network for Mental Health (RFSM) is attached to the Directorate of Health and Social Affairs (DSAS). The RFSM is a centre of medical, nursing and psychosocial skills specialized in mental health. Why join us? To learn more, follow this link . • We offer: An active and stimulating activity within a multisite care network in full development A collaboration with a dynamic and committed social and interprofessional team Working places: Villars-sur-Glâne and Fribourg CDD for a duration between 4 to 6 months (Tuesday and Friday = mandatory working days) Nomination interviews will take place on 8 June 2026 and 9 June afternoon • Your missions As part of a 6 month replacement within the German-speaking sector of psychiatry and psychotherapy for adults: for our hospital consultations in RFSM│ Freiburg and our outpatient consultation specializing in addiction in Fribourg • Your tasks: You offer specialized social consultations to adult patients staying in a stationary setting in the Merkur care unit (German-speaking general psychiatry) at the RFSM You participate in the bio-psycho-social care of patients by contributing to the creation of a living context that strengthens the stabilization of their mental health and promotes social participation You work closely with patients, their loved ones, the integrative teams and the partners of the secondary and external network of the network Profile desired Master or Bachelor in Social Work (social service profile) Experience in the field of social work (social service) Experience in the fields of mental health and addictions, an asset Good knowledge of the social-institutional and insurance network Fribourgeois Team spirit, flexibility, adaptability and good resistance to stress Permit to drive Excellent mastery of German to oral and written essential Contact details Sabine Corzani, T +41 26 308 02 41 or sabine.corzani@rfsm.ch and Catherine Clément, T +41 26 308 02 42 or catherine.clement@rfsm.ch
