- Informing and advising our customers on parts, cooking methods and preparation possibilities
- Analyzing sales in order to target customer needs
- Applying and respecting HACCP standards Required
- Professional experience: Experience in plot cutting or management of meat products
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): CFC in retail
- Experience in cutting meat according to the Swiss method Advice on pieces and recipe suggestions
- Dynamic, helpful, customer orientation and rigor
