- Promote collaboration between R&D, Production, Quality and Maintenance Required
- Experience confirmed: in product development and/or process engineering
- Graduate School: Food Technology, Engineering or Process Engineering
- Experience in project management and management
- Leadership, pragmatism and affinity for process digitization
- As comfortable with a recipe as with a process scheme
- Ability to link business requirements with industrial constraints
