Location: Verfora AG, Route de Moncor 12, 1752 Villars-sur-Glâne
As a member of the management team, you are actively involved in the further development and expansion of the Verfora Group and, in the role of Head of Marketing, significantly shape the long-term brand and marketing strategy of the brands of Verfora, Spagyros and Padma. You are responsible for ensuring that our brands are optimally positioned and developed nationally – and sometimes internationally. One of your central tasks is to lead a versatile, qualified marketing team and further develop a modern marketing organization.

- Active cooperation with the other members of the management as well as taking over projects at GL level
- Development and implementation of medium- and long-term brand strategies as well as operational annual planning
- Holistic responsibility for the 360° marketing mix: ATL, BTL, Digital incl. Social Media, Influencer Marketing and Performance Marketing
- Analysis of market and customer needs, identification of trends and derivation of relevant innovations as well as line extensions
- Ensuring a consistent brand presence (CI/CD) in Switzerland and internationally
- Leadership and empowerment of marketing teams
- Budget responsibility for the entire marketing and efficient resource management
You bring that with you
- Several years of leadership experience in marketing and brand management functions, ideally at GL level
- A verifiable track record in the 360° marketing mix, including high digital competence and portfolio expansion
- Profund consumer marketing experience is a must as well as good industry experience in consumer healthcare
- International experience, preferred in European markets
- Experience building, leading and developing marketing teams – ideally in a dynamic, growing or transforming environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-oriented work (KPIs, performance, ROI models)
- Entrepreneurial, strategic thinking combined with high quality standards
- Joy of innovation, transformation and interdisciplinary collaboration
- German negotiation-proof, very good knowledge of English
- Solid French
