Who are we?
The Itinerant Judicial Cell (CELLIT) is structured around the travelling judges appointed pursuant to Art. 10a LJ.
Based in Freiburg, it provides assistance to the various civil and criminal judicial authorities of the first instance of the state of Freiburg in accordance with the cases entrusted to it in order to remedy the overload of these authorities, a temporary shortage of staff or in cases of recusal by a magistrate.
