Description In order to complete its team, the care management is looking for the pediatric department of the HFR Friborg - Cantonal Hospital of: Nurses for a 6-month fixed-term contract 80-100% Your mission - to provide quality care in partnership with the person being cared for and those around them, in compliance with the HFR's philosophy of care, by carrying out all the hours of the department - to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it both within the the team as well as with all employees - evaluate its services and make the necessary adjustments with the aim of constantly improving its interventions - supervise, support and advise new members of the team as well as those in training and students - participate in the development of the service and demonstrate creativity • Your profile - general care nursing diploma, HES level, or training deemed equivalent - confirmed experience in nursing - experience in a hospital environment, an asset - training in complementary medicine, an asset - professional experience or extra-professional with children - mastery of the French language with knowledge of the German language - mastery of IT tools - dynamic, constructive and creative mind - good management of stress and unforeseen events - relational skills and sense of communication with children and their families - ability to work in a multidisciplinary team - rigor, flexibility and autonomy Starting date October 1, 2026 Information Ms.
