- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and practices
- Develop the strategy and implement concrete actions to strengthen our attractiveness as an employer
- Creating engaging content that highlights our jobs, culture and work environment
- Develop and enhance our visibility on recruitment platforms, professional social networks, forums, trade shows and other events
- Ensuring an active market watch and proposing new initiatives to attract today's and tomorrow's talent Required
- Strong experience: in Employee Branding, ideally complemented by a recruitment practice
- Initial or continuing training completed: in a relevant field (HR, Psychology, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent)
- Good mastery of digital tools, jobboards and professional social networks
