Introduction For our Research & Development division, we are looking for a Prototypist Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be to contribute to the manufacturing of prototypes in various materials using various technologies on our Romont site.
- Introduction For our Research & Development division, we are looking for a Prototypist Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be to contribute to the manufacturing of prototypes in various materials using various technologies on our Romont site.
- Program and machine complex watch components in a wide variety of materials on CNC machines using technologies such as milling and grinding
- Dimensionally control the manufactured components and associated tooling
Main responsibilities
- Program and machine complex watch components in a wide variety of materials on CNC machines using technologies such as milling and grinding
- Dimensionally control the manufactured components and associated tooling
- Ensure delivery of components in compliance with quality requirements and deadlines
- Document and sustain the studies as well as the measurements carried out Profile Polymechanic CFC or equivalent
- Confirmed experience in grinding, machining of various materials and CAD/CAM programming of CNC machines
- Experience in various technologies such as laser texturing of materials
- Experience in machining molds or tools necessary for the manufacture of watch components, an asset
- Versatile, autonomous, agile and team-oriented personality
- Ability to adapt and learn, curiosity, rigor, pragmatism and sense of innovation
