- Planning, coordination and supervision of construction projects

Main responsibilities
- Planning, coordination and supervision of construction projects
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budget and quality requirements
- Management and coordination of construction companies, subcontractors and craftsmen
- Control of the execution of works according to plans, applicable regulations and safety standards
- Development and monitoring of construction programs and cost estimates and controls
- Active communication with builders, architects, engineers and competent authorities
- Safety of work and compliance with statutory regulations
- Requirements on the construction site - preparation of documentation and reports on progress
Key requirements
