- Du leitest Projekte und Teilprojekte zur Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse – von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
- Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale, bringst Verbesserungen auf den Weg und begleitest Veränderungen aktiv.
- Du baust dir ein Netzwerk mit Branchenexpertinnen und -experten auf und pflegst dieses, damit du Trends und Innovationen frühzeitig erkennst.
- Du planst und organisierst Trainings für unsere Mitarbeitenden, führst diese durch und entwickelst digitale Lerninhalte sowie Schulungsunterlagen laufend weiter.
- Du definierst relevante KPIs, behältst deren Entwicklung im Blick und leitest daraus Erkenntnisse zur Erfolgsmessung von Projekten und Innovationen ab.
- Du sorgst mit regelmässigen Reportings für Transparenz über Nutzung, Kosten, Investitionen und den erzielten Mehrwert.
- Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, Projektleitung oder im Innovationsmanagement mit.
- Du verfügst über eine Weiterbildung oder höhere Berufsbildung im Projektmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du hast fundierte IT-Kenntnisse, die über die gängigen Office-Anwendungen hinausgehen.
- Du denkst analytisch, gehst Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert an und behältst auch bei komplexen Fragestellungen den Überblick.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbständig und zielorientiert.
