- Initiate, develop and conduct socio-professional rehabilitation projects for persons affected in their health
- Advise, accompany and implement reintegration measures, professional guidance or training
- Evaluate and monitor the evolution of situations to ensure the best alignment between objectives, health-related limitations and reintegration potential
- Develop and maintain active collaboration with the network, particularly employers, service providers, as well as medical and social partners
- Master the language of business, understand employer expectations and negotiate solutions to support beneficiaries in employment
