- You ensure the management of our production siteCourtepin Fresh Meat and are responsible for the definition and achievement of the objectives in terms of volume, quality and cost of production
- You lead 5 department heads and your area of responsibility has more than 300 employees
Main responsibilities
- You ensure the management of our production siteCourtepin Fresh Meat and are responsible for the definition and achievement of the objectives in terms of volume, quality and cost of production
- You lead 5 department heads and your area of responsibility has more than 300 employees
- You are responsible for optimising and monitoring existing processes
- You provide support to heads of departments in the recruitment and conduct of staff You lead and accompany different projects
- You are responsible for managing your domain's onboard tables
- You plan the necessary resources in the medium and long term
- Within this function, developing and supporting continuous improvement and our quality/security system are among your priorities Requirements
- Professional experience: Experience in a similar position in the food field
- Graduate School: HES Food Technology Engineer or Federal Chief Operating Officer's Certificate in the meat economy with training in Management
- You are known to be a committed field manager working as a team
