- Vous disposez d’une formation commerciale CFC ou technique, idéalement complétée par une formation continue en gestion de produit, marketing, vente ou gestion d’entreprise
- Vous justifiez de plusieurs années d’expérience en product management , category management ou dans une fonction similaire
- Vous possédez de solides connaissances du secteur dans un ou plusieurs domaines suivants : revêtements de sol, portes, aménagement intérieur, produits de jardin / outdoor
- Vous êtes fortement orienté(e) résultats et savez identifier les potentiels de marché ainsi que les besoins clients
- Vous vous distinguez par votre personnalité entrepreneuriale, innovante et visionnaire
- Vous faites preuve d’initiative, de structure et d’une forte capacité à concrétiser vos idées
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans la négociation et savez convaincre vos interlocuteurs
- Vous appréciez la collaboration transversale et communiquez avec aisance avec des profils variés
- Vous combinez esprit analytique, pragmatisme et approche terrain
- Vous êtes disposé(e) à effectuer de fréquents déplacements à l’échelle nationale
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’allemand , à l’oral comme à l’écrit ; toute autre langue, notamment l’anglais, constitue un atout
- Une activité stimulante, polyvalente et intéressante dans un bon environnement de travail, où l'on valorise la collaboration active tout en encourageant l’autonomie.
