Main responsibilities
- You control the further development of central processes and you eliminate requirements with regard to the company's benefits, standardization and feasibility.
- You coordinate the implementation of technical and technical requirements – from the following topics: from the following topics: Testing and training to documentation and communication.
- You ensure that improvement measures are implemented effectively, that adjacent processes are taken into account and that necessary changes are anchored in the business.
- You run the process managers in the business professionally and ensure the coordination between the department, segments, IT and committees.
Key requirements
- Multi-year relevant professional experience: preferably in the field of Idea to Market / Product Life Cycle Management
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in business administration, business information technology or similar - you have a strong process and business understanding.
- You work conceptually, structured and solution-oriented and are able to accept, harmonize and translate different requirements into a clear target.
- You convince with strong communication and stakeholder competence.
- You bring different perspectives together, deal constructively with conflicts and win participants for common solutions.
- You have a good system understanding for SAP S/4 especially in the environment portfolio and project management.
- Central place of work: On Limmatstrasse 152, directly at Limmatplatz
