Requirements

• Industry and leadership experience: in the retail trade (food) would be ideal
• Completed basic or further training: in the retail trade, preferably in the food sector
• Entrepreneurial and business thinking
• Great commitment and bite to succeed with your store
• Feel for the needs of customers at your location
• An impeccable reputation and a starting capital of CHF 100,000
• German (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of applications: We check applications received on an ongoing basis, create a pre-selection and release them to the manager for viewing. • Expert Discussion: In a specialist discussion, specific knowledge relevant for the execution of the job is requested by the manager and/or another specialist and, if necessary, the team. If possible, there is time to get to know the workplace and team better in a free conversation. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Getting to know the team: Whether someone fits into the team is an important factor for employees and employers when deciding for or against employment. In a casual framework, we therefore give the opportunity for everyone to get to know each other.
• Final discussion before issuing the contract: Before the contract is issued, we hold a final discussion in order to clarify open questions of both sides and to regulate contractual details. If all points are clarified, the written offer follows. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
• Offer & Contract Exhibition: After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent by post. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
