# Operational Engineer ## Il tuo futuro inizia qui You join the Second and Third Offerings team, a dynamic group managing a portfolio of B2C brands marketed under names other than “Swisscom.” Working at the core of service quality and innovation, you will help ensure reliable operations, improve user experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Within this team, you are responsible for Level 3 tickets.

Your duties include: - Analyzing and resolving tickets - Identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions related to these tickets - Acting as the interface between support teams and application managers - Overseeing business processes within the applications - Testing routers and TV set-top boxes during software or hardware updates ## Your skills - HES degree or equivalent professional experience - Knowledge of technologies related to fixed internet access (ADSL, FTTH, WiFi, VoIP, IPTV, etc.) - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve problems - Customer-oriented with a team-player attitude - Flexible, reliable, and autonomous working style, with strong communication skills - Very good command of German or French, good command of English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
