Main responsibilities

- Administrative support of the DCR Directorate
- Daily business including calendar and session management, correspondence and communication
- Administrative support for the research groups of our professors
Key requirements
- Completed commercial or administrative training (KV EFZ or equivalent), Bachelor’s degree beneficial
- Several years of professional experience in administration, ideally in the academic, research-related or medical environment
- Negotiable German and English in word and writing
- Strong organisational and coordination skills as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
- Very good communication and team skills as well as a strong understanding of services
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- High degree of reliability, discretion and detail Interest in clinical research
- Readiness for full presence on site (no home office) Requirements
